The Enjoy Plans include all the unlimited calls to landline and mobile phones in Spain, Europe, USA and Canada, limited to 75 destinations. EU/USA: Include calls to landline and mobile phones of United Kingdom, Germany, France. Italy, Denmark, Holland, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria, Greece, Spain, Poland, Ireland, United States and Canada (except the Enjoy Internet Plan that doesn’t include calls). Verify the contract conditions for other products. 
The fiber service has a permanence commitment of 12 months in all the products, maximum penalty of 150€ apportionable for the time of breach of the contract.

Enjoy Anywhere: When contracting this product, it is mandatory the purchase of a specific and exclusive router for each client and service. EURONA TELECOM SERVICES, SA will invoice the client for this router the sum of 70,25€+IVA. Permanence Commitment: 12 months. Early cancellation penalty: cancellation before the 6th month will be the monthly fees pending until the 6months + 50 € (taxes included); cancellation between month 6 and month 12 will be 50 € (taxes included), prorated for the days pending. The amount of the router is returned in full in any Movistar store, once the router is returned in perfect conditions and the client has paid all the corresponding penalties.

The unlimited calls included in the plans Enjoy Calls, Enjoy Internet + Calls, Enjoy Anywhere and Enjoy Fiber are limited to 75 destinations. Exceeded these 75 destinations the client will be invoiced the general tariffs. Eurona Telecom Services, S.A. reserves the right to take appropriate actions if the proper use of such calls is not made.

Our temporal suspension service (Go-Home) is an exclusive service for the plans Enjoy Calls and Enjoy Internet + Calls (Enjoy Internet, Enjoy Anywhere and Enjoy Fiber excluded). The Go-Home service is designed to be contracted for a minimum period of 3 months and up to 6 months once a year. If the client does not indicate the timeframe in which they would like to terminate the service, the contract’s lifespan will be for a period of 6 months. The maximum 6 months of the service can be used periodically or continuous (never an inferior period of 3 months). In order to activate the Go-Home service feature, the client has to request the service 15 natural days prior to the activation. The actual activation of the service will be conducted on 1st of the following month. The activation of the service has a cost of 30€ + taxes (this is the cost each time you activate the service). To active our GO HOME services for the first time the client has to have an active line within our system for a minimum period of 3 months. All other services associated to the active line will be shut off during the usage of our GO HOME service. Once the Go-Home is suspended, the product will remain with the same conditions as before the activation. The Go Home service is not available with prepaid services nor with the fiber service.

The answering service can be requested as long as the exchange is compatible with the service and costs € 1,00 taxes not included.


Download speed may vary depending on location and network infrastructure available. Up to 20Mb. Monthly payments will be made between the 1st and 10th of each month.
The cancellation request from the client needs to be formulated prior to the last 5 working days of the month to be in effect the following month. If the withdrawal is requested after the last 5 days of the month, it will not apply until the following month.
The customer, whose information is registered within this process, suscribes to the selected services provided by EURONA TELECOM SERVICES, SA., in accordance with the general terms and conditions provided within the following link: connectyourworld.eurona.com
The customer grants permission to those operators involved to provide the above-mentioned services to access all personal data entered within this process in accordance with the current Spanish Personal Data Protection Act. Granting the customer, the power to exercise free of charge its rights of access, rectification, cancelation and objection at the addresses set forth in the introduction to this agreement.
